Anita joined Asia Carbon Search in 2024 as Project Manager.  She comes with over 30 years of progressive career having worked primarily in the talent advisory and executive search industry.  Bringing forth a proven track record of leading the supporting team in meeting the set target while upholding the professional integrity against all odds, Anita is a highly competent communicator and team player skilled in multitasking, stakeholders management, consulting assignment administration and project management.  In particular, she has been proven in serving and managing multiple top tier stakeholders including consultants, corporate clients, government officials, among others, across industries and regions, while meeting demanding targets and deadlines.

Prior to Asia Carbon Search, Anita has been executive assistant at Korn Ferry for over 15 years serving the top team including the managing director - greater bay area, as well as the vice chairman of Hong Kong.  On top of discharging her secretariate duties and her leadership of the secretariate pool, she had always been the project manager for non-stop round-table business development/client events, internal staff trainings for the entire APAC region, festive and celebrative events including the 40th anniversary cocktail reception for Hong Kong office which hosted over 200 senior corporate guests.  Earlier, she was the executive secretary for Amrop Hever China covering HR and office administration, IT and financial accounting.
